Is your organisation a member of the Clinks women’s network? Do you have frontline staff or volunteers who are new to working or volunteering in your organisation and want to increase their understanding of how to support women in the criminal justice system? If so, join us for this entry-level training course in working with women in the criminal justice system.
The workshop aims to:

develop understanding of women’s gendered experience of the criminal justice system and raise awareness of ‘a whole system approach’
-
enable frontline staff working with women in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system to learn about good practice and share ideas for improved outcomes
It will be delivered online over 3 hours and uses a range of learning methods, some interactive.
We are running this as a pilot which is free for women’s network members. We hope to get your feedback on the content and delivery before finalising the course to be rolled out as part of the Clinks training offer.
Places are limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
To be added to the waiting list for future sessions, confirm the following:
- You / your organisation are a Clinks member

Privacy and security
This event will be conducted through Zoom, an online meeting platform. As security and privacy is important to us, we’re adapting our procedures in line with the latest security guidance from Zoom. We have:
- Implemented the latest security functions as standard, including requiring registration, passwords and waiting rooms
- Made sure all delegates login and book through the Clinks website, so everyone identifies themselves
- Asked delegates to follow housekeeping rules. Any unwanted behaviour will result in delegates being removed from meetings.
