This online training introduces feminism, intersectionality and power through a combination of theory and exercises where the participants will get an opportunity to discuss and explore different concepts and terms. During the training, participants will discuss leadership through various exercises and cover topics of what we associate with leaders, traditional assumptions of leadership, how to lead well and the relationship with feminism.
Clinks aims to strengthen the sector by helping organisations to develop a more varied funding portfolio; support improvements in building the evidence base; engage a diverse group of women who reflect the local population, creating improvements in equality through improved practice; and explore effective service user involvement for women.
If you are a specialist women's organisation that was set up to work with women, or a provider of women's services, and you would like a place, please contact events@clinks.org. Please note that we may have to ask further questions to ascertain eligibility.
Further information will be provided with full details of how to join following registration.
