Do you hold a senior role in a small women-specific voluntary organisation (turnover less than £1.5m) that provides services to women in the criminal justice system?
Would you like to increase your knowledge and expertise around broadening your organisation’s income base and developing a strategy for sustainability?
Aimed at leaders and those engaged with fundraising in smaller organisations, this webinar will help you think about how you use what you already know about the difference you make as an organisation to access funding which is both sustainable and suitable for your needs.
By looking at who does the ‘fundraising’, how you talk about your organisation externally, and where you access support from, you will earn to be more confident in making strategic fundraising choices and identifying what changes you could make to support your financial sustainability.
This course will help you to:
- Clearly explain impact to supporters
- Use your knowledge about your impact to target potential supporters
- Improve your income generation.
The webinar is delivered by Leah Selinger, a trainer with over 17 years of experience as a fundraiser and senior manager in the voluntary sector. She has supported charities to raise income from both public agencies and private donors and organisations. Leah runs her own independent consultancy and is an NCVO associate consultant.
This training is aimed at organisations who answer YES to the following questions:
Is your organisation ‘women-specific’? (By this we mean that your organisation’s main stated purpose is to provide services for women)
Are the majority of your service users at risk of or affected by the criminal justice system?
Does your organisation have an annual turnover of less than £1.5m?
