KMC is a specialist employment service supporting people with convictions. We organise employment events in custody by developing relationships with local and national companies who are willing to come into the prisons and recruit those who are about to be released. KMC also offers a bespoke employment service through the gate and in the community by identifying local labour shortages and facilitating relevant training and opportunities in the work place.

Our primary aim is to help people struggling to find work because of a criminal conviction. We offer a direct link to numerous employers, can help with CV and disclosure writing and how to access funding for training.
