What is ISW Services?

ISW Services CIC is a non-profit organisation providing support services, advocacy and guidance. Here at ISW Services CIC, we run an independent, confidential support service which is catered to the individual needs of the client. Our support workers have several years of experience and qualifications relating to relevant support.

SherlockAI is a not-for-profit CIC who passionately believe in supporting those engaged with the criminal justice system to create better lives for themselves and our communities. We are a team of people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, Probation workers and people who have years of experience within the third sector. We combine this experience to provide excellent service to our partners. Our goal is to leverage emerging AI technology to create better outcomes for people engaged with the criminal justice system.

​But we're just getting started. We want to evolve SherlockAI into a personalised life coach companion to help each individual achieve better outcomes. We do that better as a team working with partners.

Women's Project: supporting those that are vulnerable or suffering from disadvantage/exploitation. We offer support for victims of domestic violence/sexual abuse and deliver The Freedom programme. We offer 1:1 mentoring, counselling and opportunities to reduce exclusion eg Craft Cafe, lunch clubs
Money/Debt & Energy Advice Service: Comprehensive energy, benefit, money & debt service. Applications to energy funds for grants to pay off gas/, electric & water arrears and for assistance payments for white goods & furniture. Gas & Electric pre-payment meter top-ups
Budgeting support, benefit optimisation
Welfare support: Foodbank & lunch clubs: We run a foodbank & a number of lunch clubs. Prison outreach and through the gates support at HMP Peterborough
Employment/Self-employment and Enterprise support: mentoring, skills development and work for the unemployed. We providing support to people wanting to go self-employed/considering starting a business
