With training centres in 4 London prisons and one in the community in London, Bounce Back trains people in sought after construction industry skills. Offering an end to end solution from prison to employment we engage with participants 6 months prior to release to help them through their journey gaining skills and qualifications that can lead to employment on release either within our painting and decorating social enterprise or with a number of construction industry partners with whom they work. Their aim is to change lives and break the cycle of crime by training people in custody for employment and a positive future.

Khulisa delivers unique and powerful behaviour-change intervention programmes addressing violence and the crime cycle. Khulisa starts the process of rehabilitation through the innovative use of therapeutic methods and creative, participant-led techniques. The language and theory of violence are used to draw a link between violence/abuse/conflict and offending behaviour, and develop the notion that no crime is victimless. Khulisa also runs Milestones, an innovative through-the-gate mentoring programme for young men leaving custody.

Spark Inside runs coaching programmes in prisons across London and the South East, to encourage rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. We offer two coaching programmes;
The Conversation is our systems coaching programme that brings together large groups of prison staff and prisoners in a facilitated group coaching process to enhance their relationships, improve empathy, and support sustained, positive cultural change on prison wings.
Hero’s Journey is our structured life coaching programme for young people aged 15-25, in prison and through-the-gates, building their motivation to change, decreasing in-prison violence and creating a pro-social identity away from crime to reduce reoffending.
Our expert coaches are qualified and trained professionals.

The Ubele Initiative is a social enterprise with a mission to contribute to the sustainability of the African Diaspora community. Through social leadership development, community enterprise and social action, we incubate projects across the UK.

We creates partnerships with local, regional, national and international organisations to create innovative solutions for some of our most pressing social, economic and political concerns.
