The StandOut Programme is a 3 phase programme offered to people preparing to leave prison.
Phase 1 involves an intensive 12-day group course delivered in prison to people coming up for release.
In Phase 2 coaches offer 1-1 support up to each person's release date.
Phase 3 is coaching support after release. This has an EET focus but can also include referrals to other agencies, advocacy work and continued coaching around motivation and mindset.
