What We Do
Supporting Prison Governors: A Leadership Lifeline
We coach-train-mentor small groups of prison governors on Zoom so that they can stay sane, think clearly under pressure and bring their people with them while operating remotely in difficult circumstances.
This work started during the Covid-19 pandemic 2020 and has grown in scope to include Deputy Governors and other senior leaders.
Supporting People In Prison & Probation: A Frontline Lifeline
STUCK in a cycle of apathy, disengagement, addiction or violence.
At the START of a new stage in their role, treatment or rehabilitation.
Striving to SUPPORT each other as a team or family unit.
Our breakthrough program brings staff and service users together to practice the skills of collaboration to achieve shared goals.
Different, disruptive and deliberately difficult to complete.
24 hours of Physically Active Learning in 3 consecutive days.
Improved mental health
