Citizens Advice (North Tyneside)

We are the Charity for the Community. We help people from all walks of life by providing advice on many issues; employment, consumer, debt, benefits, health, tax, housing and immigration. We are the first place people in North Tyneside go when they do not know where to turn. Many of our clients are in crisis, and can be at risk of losing their homes, jobs or families. Our advice can mean the difference between putting food on the table, or going hungry.We also help sections of society in special need-people affected by cancer come to us for advice on how to financially adjust, people with mental health issues come to us for help with complicated forms and procedures. We provide advice at a time when people need it most, and empower them so that they can lead a better quality of life. Our advice changes lives. We are: independent, impartial, confidential and free.
