Merton & Lambeth Citizens Advice Bureaux (MLCAB) provide information, advice and casework across the London Boroughs of Lambeth and Merton. It does so from its three main sites in Morden, Mitcham and Streatham Hill, at 15-20 outreach locations, via e-mail and by telephone.
MLCAB also seeks to exert a responsible influence on the development and application of policies and working practices. It dose so by collating and submitting evidence of its customers' experience.
MLCAB is a volunteer based organisation with volunteers being supported by a paid staff and management structure. MLCAB seeks to work with those who wish to do so to develop career paths and follow routes into work.
