GL Communities

GL Communities is an independent charity with expertise to support communities through advice, education, advocacy and social inclusion. We are an organisation that specialises in community engagement. The services we provide are in place to support residents with raising their aspirations whether that be volunteering, education, training, advice, support in trying to return to work and to gain the skills to do this, or be a part of a community whatever that may be to the individual. GL Communities provides services within some of the most deprived areas in Gloucester. We provide a wide range of services drawn out of the needs of those communities such as advice services, community education and training, phoenix well-being services for community and social inclusion. We also provide services such as our volunteering project to support community capacity, a charity shop to support low income families and a mobile creche to support parenting classes.
