With 40 years experience our care and support services reach vulnerable people in London, East Anglia and South East enabling full and independent lives. Services include:Integrated Offender Management Services (helping offenders reintegrate into communities),24 hour emergency on call service provision for vulnerable customers, Services for Learning Disability, Mental Health and Homelessness. We run a successful Supporting Treatment and Accommodation and Recovery (STARs) project in Suffolk, providing good quality flats for vulnerable single people who are homeless,unsuitably housed or being released from prison. Housing advice & advocacy runs in conjunction with an intensive support recovery programme which is centred around tailored individual recovery plans. We have indepth knowledge of the accommodation options available throughout the county and understand the barriers facing clients.
