Derventio provides accommodation, support and opportunities for people facing homelessness and other challenges.
We provide shared and single-occupancy supported housing for homeless people who are ready to take the next steps towards independence, including offenders, people with multiple complex needs and care leavers. Our housing is in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Wiltshire.
We also have specialist projects in Derbyshire. Healthy Futures is commissioned by health services and works with homeless people in hospital or high impact users of primary care. Our employability services help people into and towards work, education and training. Growing Lives provides community learning, skills development and practical experience.
