The Centre for Emotional Health, formerly Family Links, is a national charity and professional training provider and the home of The Nurturing Programme. We work with local authorities, the voluntary sector, prisons including mother and baby units, schools, workplaces and communities.
Our universal, evidence-based programmes for parents focus on emotional health, helping people develop self-awareness, empathy and self-regulation. Through this work, we support people to understand, manage and express their emotions, build and maintain positive relationships, and navigate the challenges of everyday life.
