Elastic FM

Elastic FM Limited is a not-for-profit community organisation that has been in existence for close to 15 years. For the last three years, we have been running substance abuse recovery projects in Derbyshire, which involve a four-stage programme: "Your Choice as a Matter." This programme focuses on:
Core Development: Values, decision-making, and finding purpose.
Holistic Health: Nutrition and supporting individuals with anxiety and depression.
Future Planning: Strengthening structures for employment, volunteering, and building a life that meets their desires.
Digital Empowerment

We also run a programme called "Your Digital Journey," which helps people learn a full range of digital skills. This includes:

Audio and video production and editing.
Website building and graphic design.
Promotions, PR, marketing, and business planning.

We have been delivering these programmes to help people understand these modern tools so they can increase their chances of employment or, in many cases, self-employment.

Our Impact and Partnerships
Our work is carried out in conjunction with Derbyshire County Council, and we have a variety of different client testimonials that we can share to demonstrate the efficacy of our work.

Furthermore, we act as social prescribers in the North East Derbyshire region. This includes sharing our work, leaflets, and videos with local surgeries to support the NHS system.
