BREATHE is a bespoke 7-step, 7-session, trauma-informed course, in small groups or one-to-one, providing a safe, compassionate, forward looking matricentric framework, which understands the complex needs & emotions of justice involved mothers, including maternal grief, creating a space where they can learn how to breathe again.
Designed to be part of a Whole Systems Approach, each session takes them on a journey where they are encouraged
and empowered through bespoke, strategic questions and therapeutic narrative coaching tools & techniques, to explore & critically reflect on their authentic maternal identity, struggles, strengths and complex thoughts, feelings and choices. Learning how these can coexist with hope, purpose and meaning.
Each individual woman is supported as she works toward reclaiming her maternal story, face the present & envision her future, being seen, valued and heard as a mother in the sessions, no matter her parental status or past mistakes.
