SHiFT is a movement working to break the destructive cycle experienced by children and young people who are caught up in, or at risk of, crime.
We are scaling high-impact ‘insider-outsider’ practices across the UK, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to support children and young people up to the age of 25 who are both causing and experiencing harm. Our work focuses on those for whom circumstances are deteriorating rather than improving, providing relational and long-term support to help create lasting change.
