We’re pleased to launch the new Clinks Directory of Services today.

The Directory brings together organisations and services working across the criminal justice system in England and Wales, helping people find support, explore what is available in their area, and connect with voluntary sector organisations.

We’ve redeveloped the Directory to make it easier to search and navigate, and simpler for organisations to keep their own information up to date.

What’s new?

The new Directory includes:

• improved search and filtering to help users find relevant organisations and services
• a clearer and more accessible user experience
• the ability for organisations to claim and manage their own listings
• a stronger platform for future development.

Keeping the Directory accurate and up to date is important. By enabling organisations to manage their own records, we hope the Directory will better reflect the range of organisations and support available across the criminal justice voluntary sector.

Launching in BETA

The new Directory is launching in BETA. It is live and ready to use, but we’ll continue to improve it as we learn from the organisations and people using it.

Your feedback will be an important part of this. If you search the Directory, use it to find support or connections, or claim and manage an organisation listing, we’d like to hear about your experience.

Is your organisation listed?

If your organisation is already listed, we’d encourage you to find your record, claim it and check that the information is accurate and up to date. We’ll also be contacting organisations already listed with more information about claiming and managing their records.
