Clinks is the national infrastructure charity dedicated to supporting voluntary organisations working with people in the criminal justice system and their families. We support, promote, and advocate for our members and the wider voluntary sector across England and Wales.

HMPPS Rehabilitation Grants Scheme for the Voluntary Sector

His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) have launched the Rehabilitation Grants Scheme, a £3 million initiative running from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.

The Sentencing Bill

We set out the key clauses within the Sentencing Bill, laid before Parliament on 2 September. These include a new progression model, a presumption against short sentences and changes to community orders.

Clinks' New Partnership with Black Men 4 Change (BM4C)

We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Clinks and Black Men 4 Change (BM4C). As a core tenet of the recently secured 4-year HMPPS Infrastructure Grant, Black Men 4 Change will bring their considerable expertise in thought leadership, disrupting systems, strategic thinking and convening organisations led by and for racially minoritised people.
