The vision of Family-360 is to create and provide a support network, that families and individuals can access to gain empowerment, guidance, coaching, mediation and all round general support that families need at times. Targeting families in the community that have been exposed to significant hardship, and those that need specific family conflict resolution. The organisations aim is to strengthen families and individuals to be able to offer their children the best start in life and to create a better environment for children. We also wish to see an increase in parental engagement with other local services.
360 provide specialist services which are delivered by fully trained and experienced volunteers who have been through similar circumstances. We provide one to one parent coaching, mediation between family members, advocacy for families involved in family court and much much more. We are a friendly and open organisation with a client focused approach to all.

Multi-award winning Imagematch Social Enterprise CIC is an innovative training company working with long term unemployed people and ex-offenders to support them in the transition to permanent employment.

Inside Job Recruitment organises voluntary work placements to help prisoners into work. We provide training and emotional support to help the transition, with support starting whilst the client is in prison and continuing after release. We aim to help prisoners, and their families, become financially independent and autonomous, and thus reduce reoffending. Inside Job Recruitment works predominantly in the male prisons in Wales, but will take referrals for all prisoners returning to Wales from other prisons.

Liberty Personnel Ltd is focussed on securing sustainable long term employment for ex-offenders and their families. We offer a range of services including mentoring, signposting and referral, and information and guidence. All of our clients are allocated to a peer mentor who will assist with needs analysis, aspirations and guidence. We work with a number of organisations to deliver our core aims, and we are actively seeking partnerships with providers across our sector.

The Odyssey Foundation CIC is a new not-for-profit UK venture to help those primarily with convictions and over the age of 25 to successfully rebuild their lives. It has been modelled on the remarkably successful Delancey Street Foundation, an initiative that was started in the USA in 1971 by Mimi Silbert. Mimi has been recognised and praised worldwide as a great innovator of supporting disadvantaged people.

Our Aim
To successfully support ex-offenders, primarily, over the age of 25, back into society in such a way that they feel they have a sense of purpose and are socially included, rather than being socially excluded - which is the norm.

We aim to successfully offer appropriate work placements with supporting employers. This is intended to lead into paid and sustainable employment. We are also working with local housing bodies so that safe and stable accommodation will be available, with the final aim of achieving independent living and a proven employment record

Rylease provide supported housing to women from the criminal justice system. Rylease has a wrap around service to rehabilitate the repeat and hard to reach offenders. Counselling, supported housing Drug and Alcohol support education and training. We aim to be able to support a further 100 +women in supported housing by Dec 2015. We aim to have effective and measurable results. With funding covering all areas and services covering out of London prisons and external agencies.

Training & consultancy provider Sitra champions excellence in housing, support, care and health. It is the membership organisation for the housing with care and support sector, and has now increased its focus on health & social care. We provide leadership and influence policy, promote best practice and provide consultancy, training, information and advice in order to: promote positive outcomes for clients, providers and funders; drive the policy agenda; encourage a healthy, diverse and sustainable sector; support quality and professionalism.

We provide employer-led training, work experience and employment for prisoners in preparation for release, also resettlement in partnership with businesses, VCS and local government. We deliver Ex-offender Awareness training to businesses, voluntary sector and social housing groups,

We support young people aged 16-to-25 with homelessness and housing and to live independently.
