Age UK North Tyneside is the go to partner of choice as the expert on later life. We deliver weekly social, information, advice and wellbeing group sessions for residents aged over 50 in HMP Northumberland, HMP Frankland and HMP Holme House. We also have representation at Local Delivery Board health and wellbeing providers meetings in these prisons.
Age UK North Tyneside also work in an advisory capacity to HMP’s Durham, Low Newton and Kirklevington Grange.
We also currently supply Wellbeing/activity/distraction packs to all prisons across the country.
Our work is recognised as good practise within IMB national reports, we have had representation on advisory panels as experts in the field of older people and working within a prison setting.

Age UK Wakefield District is a local independent charity working with and for older people across Wakefield District.
We promote the wellbeing of all older people and aim to help make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. We also aim to influence the way people think about ageing and the valuable contribution older people make to society.
As a local partner of Age UK Wakefield District, we aspire to work in local partnerships to deliver services appropriate to community needs.

• Staff team of 90 who deliver and support services to older people
• Volunteer team of 160+, in more than 200 volunteering roles, who work closely with staff to ensure that all services are effective, professional and friendly
• Board of Trustees who work closely with senior staff to offer support, expertise and guidance in the strategic and business planning of the organisation

Agenda Alliance exists to make a difference to the lives of women and girls who are at the sharpest end of inequality. We are an alliance of over 100 member organisations – from large, national bodies to smaller, specialist organisations – working in collaboration to influence public policy and practice to respond appropriately to women and girls with multiple, complex unmet needs.

ABC’s mission is to provide free living essentials and support for integration into the local community to Asylum-seekers and Refugees in Bristol. We view ourselves as a giant ‘aid box,’ providing clothing, food and other essentials through our community hub and free shop. We support integration by providing volunteering opportunities, signposting, training and a friendly welcome.

We seek to improve general health and well being through the provision of basic goods that are essential for daily living and through offering opportunities to gain skills as a refugee/asylum seeker volunteer. For the visitor to our hub we are able to source and provide many of the practical items that are needed for a family and if we don’t have them we will use social media to find the item.

Founded in 1991, we provide housing, support and domiciliary care to people recovering from drug or alcohol misuse | with mental health support needs | who have a learning disability | who are vulnerable young people | who are vulnerable families including single parents.

We do this by providing good quality housing, whether owned by us, leased from or managed on behalf of others. We encourage independence by helping with budgeting, finding work, training or education, finding and keeping permanent accommodation, overcoming social isolation and engaging with the community.

Alabaster Coaching is a new and bespoke developmental, trauma-informed and person centred coaching service for justice-involved mothers in the UK. The coaching model is designed from research and the voiced needs of mothers within the justice system who in many cases are still badly underrepresented and served, for more safe, compassionate, actively listening spaces for self reflection, expression, connection and exploration of their maternal identity, choices, emotions and needs. The trained female coach in collaboration with the mother, whether one-to-one or in small groups, supports and empowers each individual mother in their personal goal setting, whether they are actively parenting or not, in their journey toward greater self-understanding, goal attainment and personal development, which also encourages better reintegration back into their families and society and a more positive future. The service is also designed to support a wider set of holistic, desistance interventions.

Alana House, one of PACT’s community projects, is a women’s centre based in Reading with outreach services in Berkshire. Established in 2010, Alana House takes a "one stop shop" approach and provides trauma informed, holistic support for women around the 9 pathways to reducing offending through group work, 1-2-1 support, drop in sessions and targeted partnership work. It aims to prevent women from entering the criminal justice system, break the cycle of offending and improve the outcomes for the women, their families and the wider community.

The ADS supports people aged 18 and over who are affected by alcohol and drug use, offering comprehensive community services in The East Riding and North and North East Lincolnshire and an alcohol-specific service in Hull itself. North and North East Lincolnshire services offer the alcohol treatment requirement in partnership with Humberside Probation Trust.

The services we offer at All Saints Homeless Shelter include education and training, substance misuse support, mental health support and work experience.
As part of the preparation for independence, our staff also work with service users to support them with building basic life skills and knowledge that they will need in order to be able to live fully independently such as:
Applying for housing benefits, cooking and general household duties, routines and boundaries, planning ahead, being prepared and organised. Additionally, we help them with registering with local health services, budgeting and applying for bank accounts, and building and maintaining positive peer relationships.
Our support workers host weekly support sessions including cooking classes, sports sessions and football training. These services aid in improving physical and emotional wellbeing of our service users.
Additionally, we offer service users temporary accommodation, as well as long term placements.

• Housing advice – We offer housing advice and support to young people by
working with a wide range of partner organisations. This includes advice and support for issues with current accommodation, housing options, income or debt difficulties and accessing benefits. This can currently be done through telephone advice sessions.

• Counselling Service – We offer 12 Counselling sessions with a
trainee counsellor. These are currently conducted through telephone sessions. A young person does not need to have housing problems to access this service.

• Family Mediation – We offer support to young people and families
in periods of difficulty with the aim of developing relationships through the help of a trained mediator. Currently we are working face to face with young people and family members as well as remotely where this is not possible.

Alpha House is a specialist, holistic, rehabilitative service for male offenders with multiple and complex problems based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Our aim is to see beneficiaries overcome diagnosed mental health issues; repeat offending behaviour; substance misuse and a range of domestic problems and become empowered to cease all offending behaviour and live independently as healthy, fulfilled, contributing members of the community. We provide a strongly professional service, highly rated by the police prolific offender team, probation, the prison service and other professionals. Vitally, all our staff have overcome the same kinds of challenges faced by our beneficiaries, so we have profound empathy and understanding, and can act as ‘living proof’ role models, as well as holding a range of professional and academic qualifications.
We work with a total of around 120 beneficiaries per year including some early-release prisoners at an hour’s notice.

AVP helps people to deal with conflict and violence, and build better relationships with others. In Britain, this is achieved through the provision of workshops in prisons and in the wider community, and a distance learning programme, ‘Facing Up to Conflict’, available free of charge to all prisoners. The organisation's priority groups are offenders and ex-offenders, people affected by domestic violence, and those whose mental health has been affected by violence.

Altogether Human CIC is a psychological service for families in the Greater Manchester area who would like to have happier, healthier relationships. We work with individuals, couples and families and use psychological and systemic models to create change, reduce harmful behaviour and promote recovery and integration into the community.

We provide high-support accommodation for people wishing to transform their lives in a drug- and alcohol-free environment. We are happy to take referrals from all over the UK.

Priority one is to work with young people with emotional and social difficulties and young offenders. We offer curriculum, behaviour and social development. We employ qualified teachers, learning support workers and mentors to support them in reducing risky behaviour and changing harmful patterns of behaviour.
Priority is to support the broader community through a series of short courses which promotes basic life skills:
Personal Development Programmes, Health and Wellbeing, Employability Skills, parenting skills and family workshops. We promote community engagement and cohesion with regular community activities such as community gardening, employability day and health and wellbeing day.
We run women's only courses such as ESOL and BAME specific workshops. Preparation for Employment an further training with workshops in interview Skills, CV writing, work experience, business start up and community enterprise.

We are a women's community service, with a busy centre offering a one-stop-shop approach for women and their children. We offer something at all stages of CJS - Police diversion, Liaison & diversion, community rehabilitation services, prison in-reach, through the gate. We offer family support and safeguarding. We have prison in-reach to HMP Drake Hall and Foston Hall offering resettlement support through the gate. We offer onsite accommodation 6 beds for women coming out of prison or fleeing DA. We have our own Independent Domestic Violence Advisor on site and offer in-house training courses on DA as well as many other topics. The project is well established having been in existence for 37 years. We have a strong team of volunteers and champions who offer a range of skills, personalities and strengths. We also provide enrichment activities in the CAMEO unit at HMP Foston hall and in Ardenleigh forensic mental health hospital.

Anglia Care Trust (ACT) is a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable people, having worked with offenders, ex-offenders and their families for over 40 years. There are 3 core themes to our work: Helping people to keep a roof over their heads; Helping people to be heard; Helping people to feel safe.

In achieving this, we deliver a range of interconnected support services, inclusive of: Intensive Support; Floating Support; Advice; Guidance; Advocacy; Mediation; Housing; Alcohol Recovery; and Domestic Abuse Services.

We draw on the power of Anne Frank's life and diary to challenge prejudice and reduce hatred, encouraging people to embrace positive attitudes, responsibility and respect for others. The Anne Frank Prison Project was founded in 2002 in response to growing concern about racism and prejudice in prisons.

Apex Trust provides information, advice and guidance to offenders/ex-offenders, supporting them into employment, training, education and voluntary work by assisting them in breaking down the barriers they face when moving forward with a conviction. Based in St Helens with outreach across the Liverpool City Region, ACT 4 Women is a peer support project. Beneficiaries are unemployed women ex-offenders. Former/current service users play a central role in its delivery & development. We offer Level 2 Award in Peer Mentoring, our accredited training programme, which involves opportunities to engage within communities and develop a positive sense of self, based on helping others. One of the key by-products of our work is to reduce re-offending and to achieve better integration of our clients into society. Our service is not time limited and is delivered at a pace to suit the individual to enable them to achieve their goals.

Aquarius Wolverhampton offers a community-based service for anyone residing in Wolverhampton who has concerns about their alcohol use or misuse, stimulant use or misuse, or gambling.
