Within the newly created Operations and Resource Directorate and under the auspices of the Director of Operations and Resources, contribute to developing and support the running of Clinks’ people management function. This role will provide appropriate support for all HR issues as they arise, implementing of Clinks’ people strategy, HR policies, procedures and ensure performance standards are developed and applied consistently.
