Are you an ambitious, motivated and skilled professional who can lead our programmes delivery into the future?
As part of our public health approach we want to expand our reach and continue developing the quality of our delivery. You will steer that journey as well as oversee the current programmes' operation. Our Inform/Inform Plus suite of programmes play a vital part in preventing child sexual abuse by working with families affected by online child sexual offending and you will be responsible for maximising their impact and reaching more people. You will be an active member of the senior management team and a key leader in the Foundation.
Alongside this you will engage in direct clinical work, often in more complex cases and oversee others in delivering quality work.
The Lucy Faithfull Foundation is a pioneering child protection charity whose vision is to create a world in which children's rights to live free from abuse and exploitation becomes a reality. Our mission is to prevent sexual abuse from happening by working with those perpetrating it, those affected by it and with protective adults who can keep children safe. We are the only UK wide organisation dedicated entirely to preventing child sexual abuse and have been doing so since 1992.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in working with adults and/or children and young people who have sexually harmful behaviours and ideally with non-offending partners/parents and carers. You will have experience in leading and managing teams and projects/service and have a highly organised approach to managing workload; together with excellent communication skills.
