Do you have experience of, and commitment to, promoting and implementing equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion for vulnerable people? Do you have experience of working respectfully with individuals offering advice, guidance and support on housing and appropriate tenancy related information? Do you have excellent customer service, organisational, administrative, planning and time management skills? Can you communicate effectively with a wide range of people in a professional manner and develop partnerships and networks?

To provide rough sleepers with immediate safe secure accommodation in the Some Where Safe to Stay Service. To support the individuals with immediate support needs and help secure more suitable accommodation in a timely manner.
To complete comprehensive move on assessments and work in partnership with the team around the individual to secure suitable move on.
