As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide a warm and welcoming environment and provision of support to ensure that all families and loved ones attending visits will have an experience that is positive whilst creating awareness of the wider support available to them.
You will be able to support individuals and families of all ages providing a range of family enrichment activities including but not limited to homework clubs, facilitating family day activities, supporting play, family support groups, parenting support, reconciliation meetings etc. You will have experience in working well with a wide range of partners so we can ensure robust responsive plans are in place to support both families and individuals on release, ensuring access to a range of community assets within their locality.
Our inclusive service is responsive to the diverse needs of offenders and significant others offering emotional and practical support, therefore you will be approachable and readily on hand to help.
