Do you hold a qualification in one or more of the following: Domestic Abuse, Sexual Exploitation Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Advice and Guidance, Counselling, Criminal Justice System? Do you hold relevant Homelessness, Supported housing, or customer service qualification (NVQ, HNC) or at equivalent experience of working within a similar role?
Do you have experience of working respectfully with individuals offering support with complex needs i.e. Domestic Abuse, Sexual Exploitation Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Advice and Guidance, Counselling, Criminal Justice System? Do you have experience of working within Homeless Organisation, Supported Housing or local authority environment Housing department or a registered landlord? Do you have experience of Housing Management practice and knowledge of Housing legislation & welfare benefit legislation?
Do you have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people in a professional manner and develop strong partnerships and networks to provide services externally and in-house? Do you have excellent customer service, organisational, administrative, and planning and time management skills? Do you have skills in working with and knowledge of, the issues faced by individuals with substance use, mental health, domestic abuse or a history of involvement? Do you have the ability to work independently using own initiative and as a member of a team, taking instruction as necessary?

Auckland House is an assessment centre for Women only, we offer a 6 bed accommodation to women who have a range of needs offering a bespoke support offer for up to 56 days and ensure they have the skills and resilience to move into independence. We ensure the safety and security of all residents living in Changing Lives accommodation.
