The Northern Inclusion Consortium is comprised of four leading North East charities; Changing Lives, Groundwork, Humankind and Mental Health Concern, each with a well-established commitment to delivering community-based services for people with complex needs. These founding organisations have built an effective partnership based on shared values, ethics and culture. We believe that third sector organisations in this region and elsewhere have huge potential to play an increasing role in provision.
The Northern Inclusion Consortium are delivering the Step Forward Tees Valley programme which is funded by the European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund.
