Who we are looking for?
We are searching for a Service Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of effective intensive housing management services in the North East. As well as overseeing the growth of the Nacro Homes Agency in the area, they will ensure the operational delivery teams meet agreed performance standards and achieve excellent outcomes and financial targets. The Service Manager will also be responsible for working in collaboration with the Area Manager to develop and maintain best practice systems, structures and procedures and ensure they are implemented within the Nacro Homes Agency.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Work in both custodial and community settings to ensure projects in the service are properly managed to deliver high quality, effective services that meet contractual requirements and the needs of service users.
2. Develop, implement and review service provision to ensure it meets the quality levels and targets set by partners / funders and Nacro (at a local, area and national level), reporting progress through the appropriate channels.
3. Ensure that performance targets, including financial targets are in place and understood by all staff, and effective systems are in place to monitor and review performance to allow corrective action to take place.

Full, clean driving licence with access to own vehicle is required to be successful in this role
