Do you hold 5 GCSE’S including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications?
Do you have substantial experience in working within a generic housing management service? Do you have substantial experience working in the housing field and successful delivery in a target driven environment? Do you have substantial knowledge of working with the Private Rented Sector or Registered provider, including Local Authority housing?
Do you have knowledge of dealing with rent arrears and court proceedings? Do you have a full understanding of Welfare Reform including Universal Credit? Do you have proven ability to manage conflict and achieve conflict resolution? Do you have competency to use of basic Microsoft Office packages?
Do you have the ability to work under pressure and to specific deadlines? Do you have commitment to detail, ensuring all work is accurate, concise and understandable? Do you have willingness to work flexibly within their role and to work in cooperation with team members?

In our Homelife project, it requires the comprehensive management of all landlord activities and improving performance in allocations and lettings, income management & rent arrears recovery, complaints and Anti-Social Behaviour, and tenancy & estate management.
