We are looking for an experienced senior manager to join a dedicated and hard-working executive team responsible for providing strong leadership across LFF. The new Director of Operations will bring passion and commitment to ensure that the Foundation delivers on its goal to keep children safe from harm.
LFF engages in the fullest range of activities to deliver on its goal. This includes supporting individuals who are concerned about sexual thoughts and feelings towards children, working with children and young people who have displayed harmful sexual behaviours, supporting vulnerable children and families at risk of harm as well as assessments and interventions for those who have committed sexual offences. Our international work is growing in both importance and impact.
You will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the quality of all these and new client services - directing and supporting delivery of group programmes, interventions and assessments. You will be working with experienced and committed professionals who will look to you for leadership and effective management.
You will work closely with the Finance Director to ensure services are delivered within budget, as well as with experienced project leads to meet key performance indicators.
You will oversee project management of our initiatives and ensure that desired outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
You will operate at all times within the policies and procedures of the Foundation and you will ensure best practice is embedded across all our activities.
