Peer Mentor Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced individual to further develop and coordinate the peer mentoring scheme through recruitment, induction and supervision of peer mentor volunteers, providing advice and emotional support.

The post holder will deliver and assess accredited Peer Mentoring Courses, working with previous service users to build on and utilise recovery capital to move into long term sustained recovery and social reintegration.

You will need a relevant teaching qualification and experience of working with people with complex needs and be able to demonstrate good communication skills working with clients and professionals.

The post will be based in our Gloucester Women’s Centre
