Clinical Supervisor

BWC is seeking a supervisor to join the BWC staff team, to provide specialist trauma informed supervision to groups of staff and to our team of therapists (both those qualified and in training at Level 7 or above). Working as a member of BWC, this role will utilise a high level of knowledge, experience of therapeutic models and previous experience of our client group’s wide range of mental health difficulties, presenting problems and life experiences.

The BWC clinical supervisor will work with some groups of BWC staff, providing monthly trauma informed supervision group sessions to max 3 staff at a time.
