Fundraising Manager

We help prisoners, and other vulnerable individuals, learn how to manage conflict peacefully. Over the years more than 5,000 have enrolled on our distance learning course, and we know that for many it has been a truly life-changing experience. Furthermore, if we can stop violence in one person, we're actually preventing violence not only in that person, but potentially for all the people they come into contact with.

Our course is entirely free to prisoners. We receive no statutory funding, so the number of participants we can reach is entirely dependent on the money we can raise. In response to the current climate we need a Fundraising Manager (preferably with experience) to oversee the process including charity research, funding bid writing and response tracking.  You will be supported by our fundraising coordinator, and an enthusiastic team of young volunteers who will be available with identifying prospects and other tasks as required.

Leadership experience to teach, guide and manage an engaged team of young volunteers eager to learn and practice the art of fundraising will be a bonus
