Rebbecca joined the National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance (NCJAA) in June 2018. Her responsibilities include: building the organisation’s network in local regions, connecting with stakeholders, training and promoting good practice.
Over the last 20 years Rebbecca has spent her career using theatre as a tool for positive change, primarily in education settings, including in Pupil Referral Units and prisons.
As a specialist in diversity, she is aptly suited to developing the organisation’s reach to BAME artists in response to the Arts Council’s Creative Case for Diversity. Rebbecca has developed networks and assisted in building capacity for organisations and institutions such as Birmingham Hippodrome and for schools on behalf of Birmingham City Council.
Outside of her part time work with the NCJAA, Rebbecca delivers consultancy work.
