Jess joined Clinks in 2012 and is now Head of Policy and Communications. She oversees our highly regarded and active policy work and engagement and consultation with the sector and provides management to our communications team. Jess is Clinks’ strategic lead on tackling race inequality in the criminal justice system.
Since Jess joined Clinks she has worked across the organisation in various areas including leading our work to tackle race inequality in the CJS, including the Young Review, and our Safer Future Communities project to facilitate engagement between the sector and police and crime commissioners. She has also previously led our local development team to support local organisations and ensure Clinks wider work is informed by their knowledge and experience.
