Victoria has joined Clinks in July 2021 as Income & Impact Manager. Originally working in prison law, she represented women and men in prison and probation settings, supporting with their access to justice and services. She then moved to the voluntary sector, specialising in business development & sustainable strategic planning for various women's charities. She is passionate about racial justice and is trained in facilitating conversations in anti-racism and decolonisation practices. Victoria’s role within Clinks is to support income generation and refine impact measurement to best support internal and external needs for our members, during a transitional period for the sector given both the bearing of the pandemic and the ways in which criminal justice has been shaped over the last few years.
