Change & challenge: the voluntary sector’s role in Transforming Rehabilitation

Change & challenge is the second report in a series looking at the voluntary sector's role in Transforming Rehabilitation (the final report, published in May 2018, is available here). Clinks surveyed 151 voluntary sector organisations in mid-late 2015 to gain their views. As a result Clinks has found six key findings and made seven recommendations that we will work to progress over the coming months.

In response to feedback from our members and other voluntary sector organisations, Clinks partnered with NCVO and Third Sector Research Centre to undertake in-depth research into the voluntary sector’s experience of the changes to probation services brought about by the Transforming Rehabilitation reforms. We use this information to advocate on behalf of the voluntary sector to government and probation services run by the National Probation Service (NPS) and Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs).
