We provide:
Family Support and group activities for any family in central Exeter with children under 5.
Adult mentoring through our Transitions project. We train and match volunteers to help adults make a transition into independent living.
1:1 support to families with children of any age who are struggling to cope with parenting or emotional and practical issues.
Employability and life skills for excluded young people.

Support LGBTQ+ Prisoners whilst in prison and when resettling back into the community after release.
Run a LGBTQ+ Community hub every Saturday morning along with regular social events throughout the South-West.

Facilitating a number of informal support groups, mainly for isolated women with mental health issues impacting on their lives.
We can offer a wide range of formal and informal training courses to support women and families e.g. confidence building, assertiveness, communication, job search etc. Facilitating a number of maternity service projects. Footprints- For mums who have had a baby die during pregnancy,at birth or shortly afterwards. Maternity Services Liaison Committee.

ME1 works to promote positive thinking and behaviors , reducing any negative barriers in individuals life by giving tips and tools to cope with their daily lives.
Merton & Lambeth Citizens Advice Bureaux
MLCAB also seeks to exert a responsible influence on the development and application of policies and working practices. It dose so by collating and submitting evidence of its customers' experience.
MLCAB is a volunteer based organisation with volunteers being supported by a paid staff and management structure. MLCAB seeks to work with those who wish to do so to develop career paths and follow routes into work.

MhIST (Mental Health Independent Support Team)
Secondly we provide self help support groups for people who experience - Bi polar affective disorder; Depression; Self Harm; OCD; Craft and Social and Substance abuse issues. Other group support is through Reiki Meditation; Drama Therapy and Mindfulness.
Our third offering is Talk therapy where we provide a variety of different talk therapies such as CBT, NLP, TA, Integrative approaches.
We provide Information to service users and carers via a range of linked web sites, through hard copy information leaflets and through 1-to-1 discussion.
We provide volunteering and back-to-work opportunities.
NAPAC (National Association for People Abused in Childhood)

We support 6000 young people a year, 50% of whom are vulnerable eg young offenders, homeless, mental health issues, care leavers etc.
