Anglia Care Trust (ACT) is a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable people, having worked with offenders, ex-offenders and their families for over 40 years. There are 3 core themes to our work: Helping people to keep a roof over their heads; Helping people to be heard; Helping people to feel safe.

In achieving this, we deliver a range of interconnected support services, inclusive of: Intensive Support; Floating Support; Advice; Guidance; Advocacy; Mediation; Housing; Alcohol Recovery; and Domestic Abuse Services.

Belong London works with people who have offended and those who have been victims of crime in order to reduce crime and the harm it causes. Our approach to tackling crime involves supporting offenders to exit a life of crime and providing opportunities that help them play a positive role in society. We also support victims of crime to tackle and recover from injustices that have happened to them.

Our services include mentoring, group work and restorative justice programmes for children, young people and adults who have committed offences or been a victim of crime. We work with offenders both in custody and in the community.

BLAST Foundation is a Christian "Through The Gate" Resettlement organisation, working with prisoners and ex-offenders and their families of all faiths and no faiths. BLAST aim to be provider of choice, for prisons and probation trusts wishing to reduce recidivism and improve resettlement for prison inmates who want to transform their lives and break their cycle of re-offending. BLAST achieves this through our transformation, employability & business programmes delivered in prison. These programmes combine and are supported by BLASTs mentor and resettlement services, to support ex-offenders and their families in the difficult task of re-integrating in society

Cardboard Citizens is a professional theatre company making Forum plays with and for the homeless or those at risk of homelessness. We run regular workshops and perform in hostels and prisons. Alongside these activities, we offer tailored information, advice and guidance with a focus on education, employment and training, but we also signpost to other agencies. We also have a youth theatre programme for 16- to 25-year-olds. You can refer to us at any time of year and also book us for free Forum Theatre performances in your prison.

We also provide The Art of Engagement training to organisations and staff, using tried and tested theatre-based techniques to enable staff to engage in a more meaningful way with their clients.

360 provide specialist services which are delivered by fully trained and experienced volunteers who have been through similar circumstances. We provide one to one parent coaching, mediation between family members, advocacy for families involved in family court and much much more. We are a friendly and open organisation with a client focused approach to all.

Genesis is a leading UK housing association and provider of care and support services. With 40 years experience our care and support services reach vulnerable people in London, East Anglia and South East enabling full and independent lives. Services include:Integrated Offender Management Services (helping offenders reintegrate into communities),24 hour emergency on call service provision for vulnerable customers, Services for Learning Disability, Mental Health and Homelessness. We run a successful Supporting Treatment and Accommodation and Recovery (STARs) project in Suffolk, providing good quality flats for vulnerable single people who are homeless,unsuitably housed or being released from prison. Housing advice & advocacy runs in conjunction with an intensive support recovery programme which is centred around tailored individual recovery plans. We have indepth knowledge of the accommodation options available throughout the county and understand the barriers facing clients.

Life Chances recovery rehabilitate & resettlement working with ex-offenders in Colchester specialising in offenders with a learning disability or a mental health diagnosis.

Lippy People is a social purpose organisation with a long standing commitment to supporting prisoners and ex-offenders increase their ability to challenge their attitudes and behaviours, develop life, career and enterprise skills, and achieve goals that lead to successful resettlement. Based in West Yorkshire, with a national remit, Our mission is to support the achievement of positive personal and social change by helping people to overcome social and economic exclusion and inequalities through film and digital storytelling, coaching, mentoring and enterprise development. Lippy People has worked extensively providing both prison and community based life, career and enterprise coaching and supporting prisoners and ex-offenders to produce films to improve the delivery of offending behaviour programmes, education & skills, safer custody, resettlement, drug treatment, through the gate initiatives, employment, induction and personal goals… amongst other thematic areas.

Pact is a national charity that provides support to prisoners, people with convictions and their families. We support people to make a fresh start, and minimise the harm that can be caused by imprisonment to people who have committed offences, to families and to communities.

Pact works in over 65 prisons and 8 CRCs and provides prison-based family engagement workers, visitors’ centres, visitor support, supervised play, catering and family activities, relationship and parenting education programmes, court and community family support, ‘Through the Gate’ family resettlement support and community based mentoring and befriending programmes.

We also run the HMPPS contracted National Prisoners' Families Helpline which can be reached 7 days a week on 0808 808 2003.

Resource Creatives design, create and deliver diverse arts based interventions using restorative approaches and creative engagement techniques. We work with freelance creative professionals to deliver projects to adults, children & young people within the criminal justice sector or on the cusp of criminality.

Recent work includes:
- 9month art based project in a Female PIPE Approved Premises which culminated in a book of art, poetry, writing to be sent to all female prisons in early 2019.
- Delivery of a Serious and Organised Crime programme 'Liberate' across Lancashire to Probation Approved Premises, YOT's, schools and PRU's
- Making Positive Choices' workshops to support children and young people keeping away from gangs.
- Child on parent violence programmes to families for Cumbria OPCC & Restorative Solutions

The Restorative Justice Council provides quality assurance and the national voice for the field of restorative practice

The RJC is the independent third sector membership body for the field of restorative practice. Our patron is HRH, the Princess Royal.

Our members are practitioners, training providers, organisations providing restorative practice across the country, and individual supporters. All RJC members receive monthly e-bulletins and quarterly newsletters, dedicated member-only resources and forums online, discounted entry to RJC events, and free telephone advice.

We provide quality assurance for the public through our work on best practice, standards and accreditation; our online national Trainers Register and Practitioner Register; and through our Practitioner and Trainer Codes of practice.

We are the national voice for restorative practice, advocating for the development of restorative practice with Government and providing information to the public.

Restorative Solutions is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to enabling the use of innovative restorative approaches as a practical and cost-effective intervention for reducing harm or conflict.
We introduce restorative practices to organisations, volunteers and front line workers who are looking for a proven and worthwhile alternative to existing conventional approaches to reducing conflict, disputes, anti-social behaviour, bullying, crime and re-offending. We deliver bespoke Restorative Justice services to organisations.

160,000 children each year have a parent in prison. At Spurgeons, our aim is to improve the lives of those children and their families who are affected by a parent being in prison. Our prisoner and family support services across England allow children to visit their loved ones in a friendly environment and our mentoring and support programmes give young people the change to reduce negative behaviours and build a better future.
We work in the heart of communities, delivering a range of high quality, flexible services for those affected by imprisonment and offending. These include; running Prison Visitors’ Centres; mentoring - pre and post release; family days; parenting Programmes in prisons; Family Support Programmes for offenders and their families; through the gate support and family re-integration; community support services for families of offenders; and training for partner organisations.

The IARS International Institute is a user-led charity with a mission to give everyone a chance to forge a safer, fairer and more inclusive society. IARS achieves its charitable aims by producing evidence-based solutions to current social problems, sharing best practice and by supporting young people and the community to shape decision making. IARS is an international expert in user-led research, evaluation, human rights and inclusion, citizenship, criminal justice and restorative justice. We deliver our charitable mission by:

- undertaking user-led research and advocacy;
- developing and delivering user-led training programmes; and
- assisting other organisations to develop robust theory of change models and evaluation frameworks to demonstrate their impact.

We deliver projects nationally and internationally throughout Europe across three main areas - justice, gender and equality, and youth.

The Traveller Movement (TM) is a national community development charity working to raise the capacity and social inclusion of the Gypsy and Traveller communities of Britain. TM has a two prong approach to its services and delivery. TM provide a range of capacity building and advocacy services directly to the Traveller and Gypsy communities, and equally engage in research, policy and voice.TM also act as a bridge builder, bringing the Gypsy and Traveller communities, service providers and policy makers together, thereby stimulating debate and promoting forward-looking strategies to promote increased race equality, civic engagement, inclusion, service provision and community cohesion.

For 40 years Victim Support has provided victims and witnesses with practical help and emotional support they need, giving free and confidential help to over half a million victims a year across England and Wales. We assess who needs support and use our trained staff and volunteers to help people cope and recover. We also run a national supportline, national homicide service, help people at court through our Witness Service and campaign to get a better deal for people affected by crime. Our local work ensures we remain highly responsive to the needs of local victims and is backed up by the strength and safeguards of a national organisation. We also run specialist services for particular types of crime with money we raise through fundraising, local grants or contracts. This includes bespoke local services for victims of domestic violence, hate crime and antisocial behaviour as well as young victims and witnesses and people who want to take part in restorative justice.
