Proven track record in bidding and securing funding for Juvenile and Adult Offenders (community and custodial), Looked After Children, Care Leavers, Asylum Seekers, Welfare to Work and Employment Support Programmes. Experience in operational solution design and commercial modelling including social investment, payment by results and outcome related funding.
Developed some of the first evidence based, multi-agency programmes for offenders in the UK – alternatives to custody and care schemes, bail support, accommodation, substance misuse, employment, training, education and rehabilitation programmes. Instrumental in securing multi-million pound contracts with the MoJ, NOMS, YJB, DWP, Local Authorities, ESF and Charitable Trusts.
