PAYMENT TERMS


CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely event Clinks cancels an event, the delegate will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.

REFUND POLICY

Clinks will not provide refunds for bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks (10 working days) days prior to the course date, nor for non-attendance.  However, if you can document a legitimate reason for not attending, you may sign on to the next offering of the course (or one of equal value offered by Clinks) and payment will be waived.  Such decisions are at the discretion of Clinks.

ASSOCIATED COSTS

We may be able to offer bursaries to cover course fees to small VCS organisations which are members of Clinks and working with offenders and/or their families. Any financial support should be applied for in writing to the Training Programme Officer. Clinks is unable to provide help with accommodation costs or travel.

Clinks will confirm your booking as soon as is practical so that you may make arrangements.  However, on occasion, we do not meet our maximum number of participants until a week before the training day.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographers may be present at Clinks events. Photos taken may be used in Clinks publications and publicity materials. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or used, you must notify Clinks at time of booking.
