Female Offenders Specified Activity Requirement (FOSAR):
Specified Activity Requirements are one of a range of possible requirements that Courts can choose to make up a Community Order, tailored to an individual offender. Female Offender Specified Activity Requirements (FOSARs) are offered in the South West by PROMISe in Plymouth, Eden House in Bristol and Isis in Gloucestershire. Partners in other areas of the south west have expressed an interest in offering a similar option to local sentencers to ensure an appropriate range of community sentencing options are available.
