Regional and local work
Our regional work aims to support the Voluntary and Community Sector working in that particular area. It also helps ensure we are informed about what is happening on the ground, which in turn allows us to better represent our members at a national level. We work with Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOs), including Volunteer Centres and Councils for Voluntary Services.Currently Clinks has an active regional presence in the South West.
We are also planning a number of regional events in other parts of the country, to enable the VCS to meet with key statutory partners in those regions, to share information about emergent new policies and structures, and to debate issues of common concern.
