Community Money Matters by CASH is a brilliant, readable and comprehensive guide to financial management and accounting for small charities and community organisations. There is a special emphasis on running community buildings and employment issues. It’s over 200 pages long and very clearly written. Well worth a look; it’s downloadable for free but you can also order and pay for a printed copy on their website
