Room Hire
The Clinks Meeting Room in York is available FREE to Clinks members and friends, and
just £20 per day to non-members.
The Meeting Room, in central York just 5 minutes walk from the Railway Station, can
hold up to 8 delegates, and is equipped with hot drinks facilities, power points and
heating.
Due to the age of the premises, there is, unfortunately no disabled access. We can,
however, suggest alternative meeting places in the vicinity.
When booking a room, Clinks can provide details of local caterers.
Clinks can provide photocopies and/or B/W print-outs. This service carries a small
fee to cover costs, and requires at least 2 working-days advance notice.
A laptop can be provided. This is a free service, but we will need at least one week's
advance notice.
