Creating Futures - Mentor Coordinator

Creating Futures are looking for a Mentor Coordinator to recruit, support and supervise approximately 30 volunteer mentors. Mentors work with people who need motivation, support, practical help or signposting, to address personal problems, health issues, housing difficulties, money problems and a host of other issues. Mentors will meet with their matched client for a minimum of an hour every week for up to 12 weeks. The post will also ensure close working relationships are maintained with appropriate organisations, i.e. Surrey Probation.
