Clinks Event Bookings Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment must be received 10 days prior to the event, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment may only be accepted as a Cheque or Bank Transfer

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Booking cancellations must be made in writing no less than 4 days prior to the event. These cancellations will be refunded minus 10% of the full cost of the event.
• In the unlikely event that Clinks cancels an event, the delegate will be refunded 100% of the booking fee.

REFUND POLICY

• Clinks will not provide refunds for bookings cancelled less than 4 days prior to the course date.
• If you can document an acceptable reason for not attending, you may register a future event of equal value offered by Clinks for no extra charge. This offer is transferable to colleagues within the same organisation.
• Refunds and replacement courses must be agreed within 90 days of the training day you signed up for and confirmed in writing via e-mail.

BURSARIES & ASSOCIATED COSTS

• We may be able to offer bursaries to cover the cost of a course to small VCS organisations working with offenders and/or their families. Applications in writing to the event organiser.
• We may be able to help with related public transport costs to unfunded VCS organisations and/or individuals with no income.
• Any financial support should be discussed firstly with the conference organiser and then applied for in writing to the Director. Clinks is unable to provide help with accommodation costs.
